| dc.description | Teleworking is a work modality that is present in the contemporary context since the beginning of the third millennium, with the Covid-19 pandemic there has been a great increase in this practice. Likewise, there are laws and entities in charge of ensuring proper management in this modality that includes, above all, integral well-being in the field of safety and health, for this reason this essay aims to demonstrate the role of occupational health within teleworking. Finally, it was investigated about the difficulty that entails that all the guidelines are fulfilled to the letter, mainly due to the ignorance of said laws. | en-US |

Asimismo, existen leyes y entidades encargadas de velar por un manejo adecuado de esta modalidad, que incluye el bienestar integral en el ámbito de la seguridad y la salud, por ello este ensayo pretende evidenciar el papel de la salud ocupacional dentro del teletrabajo. Finalmente, se investigó acerca de la dificultad que conlleva que todos los lineamientos se cumplan al pie de la letra, principalmente debido al desconocimiento de dichas leyes. | es-ES |
